The complete MeTruIQ journey
From one scan to a progress story you can return to.
MeTruIQ is designed to connect preparation, one controlled scan, clearer result review and repeat visits without losing the context behind each measurement.

1. Prepare for a useful measurement
A meaningful comparison begins before the scanner starts. At a participating location, the client opens the MeTruIQ mobile experience, signs in and reviews the preparation guidance for that site.
The aim is not to make every visit identical. It is to make the conditions behind the measurement visible enough for a later comparison to be understood responsibly.
Before the visit
- Confirm that the location and service are available
- Review eligibility and preparation guidance
- Plan a repeatable time and routine when possible
At the location
- Sign in from a supported phone
- Confirm access to one scan session
- Ask the location team for help when the workflow requires it
2. Connect one visit to one person
Before the client steps onto the device, MeTruIQ is intended to create a controlled session that connects the visit, participating location and client account. The access code is designed to be short-lived and to carry no result data itself.
That connection matters because a result is only useful when it reaches the right account with the right visit context.
3. Let the scanner perform the measurement
The professional body scanner performs the assessment and provides the underlying values. MeTruIQ does not replace the device, change its calculations or present vendor-provided measurements as its own.
The selected launch direction uses the MeTruIQ M60 for body-composition, circumference, body-shape and posture assessment. The exact fields shown in MeTruIQ will depend on the accepted US configuration and approved pilot data set.
4. Add context before drawing conclusions
MeTruIQ is being designed as a review experience around the device-provided result. Each layer has a different responsibility.
Measured by the device
- Device-provided body-composition values
- Circumference and body-shape information
- Posture and alignment assessment
Structured by MeTruIQ
- Result categories organized for review
- Visit and measurement context kept visible
- Changes arranged across accepted sessions
Reviewed with human context
- A clearer explanation of what deserves attention
- Appropriate boundaries around interpretation
- A better question to carry into a professional conversation
5. Keep the result connected to its source
When a session is correctly matched, the accepted result can become part of the client’s personal MeTruIQ history. The experience is intended to show when and where the measurement happened and which device produced it.
This context helps distinguish a useful comparison from a claim that every reading is perfectly interchangeable.
6. Return under reasonably consistent conditions
The first accepted assessment creates a baseline. A later visit can add direction: what remained stable, what changed and whether the change appears consistent across more than one moment.
Hydration, recent exercise, meals, clothing, timing and device conditions can influence body-composition readings. MeTruIQ is designed to keep those limits visible instead of turning one fluctuation into a conclusion.
7. Know what happens when a session does not complete
A real scan journey needs a clear failure path. If the device does not complete the assessment or the result cannot be matched confidently, the session should remain visibly unresolved rather than attaching uncertain information to the account.
The first pilot will define how retries, support, replacement access and any applicable refund or credit rule work before a paid service is offered.
8. Carry a clearer question forward
A measurement can help a person decide what deserves a closer look: continue a routine, discuss an adjustment, watch a change over time or speak with a qualified professional. MeTruIQ provides organized context for that conversation; it does not make the decision for the person.
Any future digital sharing should begin with a specific purpose, use the smallest useful set of approved information and require explicit permission from the client.
