For fitness, wellness, medspa and longevity locations

A scanner becomes valuable when the experience around it works.

MeTruIQ is designed to connect preparation, scan access, result review and repeat progress check-ins around the relationship your team already has with each client.

The scanner is one part of the service

Professional hardware can produce a detailed assessment. It does not automatically decide where the scan fits in the client journey, who prepares the client, how the result reaches the right person, what happens when a session fails or why the next visit should matter.

Without that operating layer, a capable device can still become an isolated assessment or a report that is difficult to revisit. MeTruIQ is being shaped around the complete experience before, during and after the measurement.

What the client should experience

A clear beginning

  • Simple mobile access
  • Preparation guidance before the session
  • One visit connected to one account

A guided measurement

  • Self-assisted with minimal staff involvement — scan a code, scan your body. Self-explanatory.
  • Clear instructions at the scanner
  • Known next steps when help is needed

A result with context

  • Every number stays accessible and comparable.
  • Each result shows when it was taken and what it found.
  • A review the client can actually understand.

A reason to return

  • An existing baseline to revisit
  • A regular check-in schedule clients can follow.
  • A clearer conversation about which way things are moving.

What the location needs to operate

The client journey must also work for the people running it. The pilot makes it clear who owns what: prep, sessions, support, repeat visits, and the decision to continue.

On-site ownership

  • A named person responsible for the experience
  • Your team follows a simple privacy and prep routine — minimal involvement needed.
  • A clear boundary between client guidance and device operation, kept simple by the self-explanatory nature of the self scan.

Session visibility

  • Know whether a session started and completed
  • Know when a scan result isn't available.
  • Retry or get help in one step.

Service fit

  • Place the scan at a meaningful client milestone
  • Choose an access model appropriate to the location
  • Define the follow-up experience before launch

Decision evidence

  • Track completed sessions and repeat behavior
  • Understand support effort and operating friction
  • Review commercial signals before expanding

Where the first pilot fits best

The strongest first-location profile is a business with adult clients, repeat visits and an existing reason to discuss progress. That may be a boutique gym, wellness studio, medspa or longevity location operating within a general fitness and wellness scope.

The location should have a suitable physical space, reliable connectivity, a team willing to test the real workflow and one person who can own the on-site experience. Clinical, school, minor and multi-location deployment remain outside the proposed first pilot.

What we design together

The first conversation should begin with the service you already provide. From there, the pilot can define:

  • where the assessment belongs in the client journey;
  • who prepares the client and handles exceptions;
  • how privacy works in the physical space;
  • which access model is tested first;
  • how result review and follow-up fit the service;
  • what the location team can see and manage;
  • which operating and commercial signals determine the next decision — how we’ll both know whether it’s working.

How the first phase should be judged

The purpose of a pilot is not to prove that a scanner can be installed. It is to learn whether the complete service can work responsibly in a real location.

Client journey

  • People understand how to begin
  • Accepted results reach the correct account
  • Clients know what to do after the scan

Operations

  • Assistance and failure patterns are visible
  • Support ownership is clear
  • The workflow fits the location’s normal rhythm

Return behavior

  • Clients see why the next scan matters.
  • Clients return and scan under the same conditions — simplicity through repetition.
  • Subsequent scans show direction and trend, not just a new number.

Continuation decision

  • We review usage and support side by side.
  • We compare what we assumed against what actually happened.
  • The location can make an informed continue, change or stop decision

A clearer result-review layer

The intended MeTruIQ experience combines AI-assisted organization with review by credentialed physiotherapists. The purpose is to help structure device-provided information and add responsible context while preserving a clear boundary: MeTruIQ does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or replace professional judgment.
