Common questions
Understand the experience, its status and its limits.
MeTruIQ is being designed around professional body scanning, clearer result review and repeat progress. These answers distinguish the intended experience from what is publicly available today.
About MeTruIQ
What is MeTruIQ?
MeTruIQ is a planned digital experience around professional body scanning. It is designed to connect preparation, scan access, one controlled session, the device-provided result, clearer review and a personal history across repeat visits.
Is MeTruIQ available now?
Not for public booking. MeTruIQ is in validation. A public location, launch date, consumer price and open scan schedule have not yet been announced.
Who is the first experience intended for?
The proposed first pilot is for adults 18 and older using fitness and general wellness services at one pilot location. School, minor, clinical and broad multi-location deployments are not part of the first scope.
Is MeTruIQ a medical service?
No. The proposed first scope is fitness and general wellness tracking. MeTruIQ does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, screen for a condition, predict injury or replace advice from a qualified health professional.
MeTruIQ is a wellness service that medical practices can use within a wellness context; clinical diagnosis and treatment workflows are outside the first pilot.
The scan and result
How is a scan visit intended to work?
At a participating location, the client opens MeTruIQ on a supported phone, signs in, reviews the preparation guidance and confirms access to one session. The scanning device performs the assessment. Once the session and result are matched correctly, the accepted result can become part of the client’s MeTruIQ history.
Which scanner will MeTruIQ use?
The MeTruIQ M60, manufactured by Visbody, is the selected launch device. The exact US model configuration, data connection, accepted result fields, service package and deployment eligibility must pass acceptance before installation.
What may be included in the result?
The MeTruIQ M60 includes body-composition, circumference, body-shape and posture assessment. The exact fields shown in MeTruIQ will depend on the accepted device configuration, approved data set and final result experience.
Are the measurements created by MeTruIQ?
No. The scanning device performs the measurement and provides the underlying values. MeTruIQ is intended to connect, organize and present approved device-provided information with visible visit and source context.
Can I compare results over time?
The personal history is designed for repeat visits. A useful comparison also depends on the device and on reasonably consistent conditions such as timing, hydration, recent activity, meals and clothing. Different devices are not assumed to produce one continuous trend unless that comparison has been specifically validated.
What can affect a body-composition reading?
Hydration, food intake, recent exercise, clothing, time of day and measurement conditions can influence a reading. The participating location should provide preparation guidance, and MeTruIQ is intended to keep relevant context visible when results are revisited.
Analysis and professional review
How is AI intended to be used?
The planned AI-assisted layer is intended to organize approved result categories, comparisons and session context for clearer review. It is not intended to diagnose a condition, prescribe a response or make an independent clinical decision.
Who reviews the result?
The homepage describes an intended review by credentialed physiotherapists. The exact reviewer qualifications, licensing requirements, responsibilities and availability are still being defined and must be confirmed before public release.
Will every result receive professional review?
The final review model has not yet been approved. MeTruIQ will clarify which results are reviewed, what the reviewer receives, what the client receives and when that review occurs before the service becomes publicly available.
Does the review tell me what treatment, diet or exercise plan to follow?
No. MeTruIQ does not present the review layer as a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or substitute for a professional who understands the person’s complete circumstances.
How quickly will I receive the result and review?
No public turnaround time has been announced. Result-delivery timing, professional-review timing and the route for unresolved sessions must be tested and approved before access opens.
Access, privacy and control
Do I need to install an app?
MeTruIQ is being designed as a progressive web app that can open in a supported mobile browser without a traditional app-store download. This will be presented as an available feature only after the supported-device and browser experience has been tested.
Who can see my result?
The intended design keeps result access connected to the client account. Any access by a location, trainer, partner, reviewer or support person must follow a defined role, purpose and approved data flow. The final answer will be documented in the Privacy Notice before public use.
Can I share a result with a trainer or another professional?
Permission-based sharing is a planned capability. Any future digital sharing should identify the recipient, purpose and information being shared before the client agrees. No broad partner access should be assumed.
Can I export or delete my information?
Export and deletion are product requirements, but the complete workflow and timing must be tested across MeTruIQ, the device vendor and any approved processors before public commitments are published.
Does MeTruIQ store a 3D image or body mesh?
The current product requirement is to retain only approved, minimized and versioned result fields. Raw 3D images, body meshes or biometric templates should not be stored by default. Any exception would require a documented purpose, permission, retention rule and professional review.
Booking, price and support
How much will a scan cost?
No public MeTruIQ price has been approved. Pricing will be announced only after the hardware, operating costs, payment model and first pilot offer have been confirmed.
What happens if a scan does not complete?
The first pilot must define a clear unresolved-session status, support route and retry, replacement access, refund or credit rule before a paid service is offered. An uncertain result should not be attached to an account simply to make the session appear complete.
Where will the first location be?
A public host location has not yet been announced. Suitable location operators can begin a pilot-fit conversation now.
How can I bring MeTruIQ to my location?
Use the contact page to describe the location, its adult client profile, repeat-visit pattern, current assessment workflow and the person who would own the experience on site.
Can technology or performance organizations partner with MeTruIQ?
Adult performance and technology use cases can be discussed now. Any partner test would follow standalone workflow validation and begin with one purpose, a minimum approved data set, explicit permission and clear system ownership. No third-party integration is presented as live today.
